  • 1.5 kg pork shoulder (bone-in or boneless)
  • 1 tbsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • ½ tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 cup apple cider vinegar
  • ½ cup Oak Spiced hot sauce
  • ½ cup BBQ sauce
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 cup chicken broth

For the Burger:

  • Brioche or pretzel buns
  • Coleslaw (cabbage, carrots, mayo, vinegar, and a splash of Oak Spiced)
  • Pickles (optional)
  • Sliced smoked cheese (cheddar or gouda)

Instructions:
